HSE Advisor

Implement and monitor company HSE policies, procedures, and best practices.
Lead and mentor a team of HSE Officers, HSE Engineers, and Road Safety Coordinators, ensuring their professional growth and effective performance.
Engage directly with clients to ensure full compliance with HSE requirements pertaining to various projects.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Develop and update HSE training modules and materials based on the latest industry standards and regulations.
Lead safety training and awareness programs for all employees.
Liaise with governmental agencies and internal stakeholders to stay updated on the latest HSE regulations and standards.
Establish and maintain open lines of communication with both internal teams and external partners regarding HSE matters.
Monitor and review contractors' HSE plans and performance, ensuring alignment with the company’s standards and expectations.
Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes, recommend corrective actions, and prevent future occurrences.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and safety consciousness among employees.
Review and evaluate the efficacy of emergency response plans.
Prepare monthly HSE performance reports and metrics.

Key Competencies:

5-10 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector in Abu Dhabi.

Valid driving license is a must.
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
